One of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Petaluma's history was recorded last week, with a home selling for $2.4 million.
In total, seven expensive residential real estate sales were recorded in Petaluma last week, with the average price of $1.2 million and the average price per square foot of $690.
The historic single-family residence at 317 Bodega Avenue sold for $975,000 last week, which equates to $645 per square foot.
Other notable recent sales include a home on Park Avenue for $950,000, a home on Prospect Street for $1,090,000, and a home on Prospect Street for $1,396,500.
The median price per square foot for a home in Petaluma is $676, $204 higher than the median for Sonoma County overall.
