• Investigators identified and arrested the 66-year-old Spanish owner of the mother dog on charges of animal cruelty
• Agents filed ten administrative infractions under the Comunidad Valenciana’s Law 2/2023 on companion animal welfare in addition to pursuing criminal charges
• The investigation dossier has been forwarded to the Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Alzira and the Fiscalía de Medioambiente de Valencia for prosecution
