The Cinema Audio Society has announced the nominations for the 60th annual CAS Awards, with films such as 'Barbie', 'Ferrari', 'Oppenheimer', and 'Maestro' among the nominees for outstanding achievement in sound mixing for motion pictures.
Sound mixer Joe Earle CAS will be honored with the prestigious CAS Career Achievement Award.
The CAS Awards honor the distinctive contributions of sound mixers in both film and TV.
The 60th CAS Awards will be held on March 2 at the Beverly Hilton.
Five finalists are vying for the Student Recognition Award, to be announced at the awards gala.
