• Singapore Police Force charged 57-year-old Seng Guan Heng in court on July 4 for his conduct during the GE2025 Polling Day in Hougang SMC.
• He faces five offences including mischief, intentional harassment, using criminal force and causing annoyance while drunk.
• On May 3 at Hougang Avenue 5, he allegedly tore down People’s Action Party posters, smashed flag poles and made threatening remarks towards party volunteers.
• Police arrested him on site after witnesses reported he appeared intoxicated during the incident.
• The case has been adjourned to an August court mention at which he is expected to plead guilty.
