Overview
- Students in the general stream chose between a theater dissertation on works by Corneille, Musset or Sarraute and a commentary on an excerpt from Barbey d’Aurevilly’s L’Ensorcelée.
- Technological stream candidates tackled either a commentary on an extract from Richard Rognet’s Elegies or a contraction exercise and argumentative essay on texts by Rabelais, La Bruyère or Olympe de Gouges.
- The written test carries coefficient 5 and forms part of the terminal exams that account for 60% of the baccalaureate grade alongside 40% from continuous assessment.
- Oral examinations, also weighted at coefficient 5, will take place between June 23 and July 4 according to each academy’s schedule.
- These results represent one of the few grades available in Parcoursup and will heavily influence applications to selective programs like Sciences-Po.
