Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar announced the discovery and ordered a high-level investigation involving security officials, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, and senior MPs.
Abhishek Manu Singhvi denied any connection to the cash, calling the situation 'bizarre' and suggesting it represents a security lapse that needs thorough examination.
