Mother, Described as Doting, Found Children Not Breathing; No Foul Play Currently Suspected

Five-year-old twins were found dead in their Bronx apartment by their mother, who reported they were ill and vomiting hours before.
The mother, described as a doting caretaker, may have given the children Tylenol before finding them not breathing and foaming at the mouth.
The boy had been experiencing cold symptoms for up to two weeks and the girl appeared to be suffering from an ear infection.
Both children were described as having 'special needs' and were not at school on the day of their deaths due to illness.
No foul play is currently suspected in the deaths, pending a report from the chief medical examiner's office.
