- Both Ameer Abdullah and Andy Isabella earned contracts on Thursday after completing tryouts on Wednesday to join San Francisco’s training camp roster
- Abdullah is slated to back up All-Pro Christian McCaffrey and will compete with Isaac Guerendo, Patrick Taylor and rookie Jordan James following the departure of leading rusher Jordan Mason

- A 2019 second-round pick by the Arizona Cardinals, Isabella has totaled 33 receptions for 447 yards and three scores in five NFL seasons and spent last year with the UFL’s St. Louis Battlehawks
