• San Francisco’s final injury report lists Brock Purdy (toe) and Ricky Pearsall (knee) as out, with Mac Jones (knee, oblique) and Jauan Jennings (ankle, rib) questionable after limited practices.
• Jones did not throw Thursday but was observed making red-zone throws Friday, and Shanahan said he has effectively made the call on starting Jones pending game-day clearance.
• If Jones cannot play, Adrian Martinez is the next option at quarterback; he has been on the roster this season but has no regular-season NFL snaps.
