• The body of the child was discovered at a home on Dunholme End in Maidenhead at around 6:30 pm on June 10
• A 37-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and remains in custody pending further questioning
• Officers have set up a scene watch expected to remain in place until at least June 17 as forensic inquiries continue
• Detective Inspector Rob Underhill said there is no wider risk to the community and thanked residents for their cooperation
