38th Annual ASC Awards Nominations Announced

The American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) has announced the nominations for its 38th annual awards, recognizing outstanding achievement in theatrical film, documentary, and television cinematography.
'Oppenheimer', 'Maestro', 'Killers of the Flower Moon', 'El Conde', and 'Poor Things' have been nominated for the marquee Theatrical Feature Film category.
In the television categories, notable nominations include 'Barry', 'Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty', and 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel'.
The ASC Awards have historically been a strong indicator for the Academy Award for Best Cinematography, with the ASC winner going on to win the Oscar nearly half of the time.
The winners will be announced during the 38th Annual ASC Awards ceremony on March 3, which will take place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California and be live-streamed worldwide.
