Overview
- ONPE reported 1,206 delegates voting at 77 tables in 31 venues nationwide between 8:00 and 15:00.
- Under the delegate modality, militants previously elected delegates who now choose presidential, congressional and Andean Parliament slates as required by law.
- Only five parties have competitive presidential tickets—Primero la Gente, PRIN, Partido Morado, Salvemos al Perú and Acción Popular—while most others presented single lists.
- Acción Popular’s process drew complaints from Ricardo Burga over alleged last‑minute delegate changes, and ONPE said the official names were submitted by party electoral chair Cinthia Pajuelo.
- A judicial order suspended Ahora Nación’s delegate vote, and ONPE deployed temporary ODPEs and the STAE system to manage and tally the internal elections.
