Overview

  • The Signature Room shuttered in September 2023 due to economic challenges, leaving the 95th and 96th floors vacant.
  • 360 Chicago acquired those top floors in 2024 and announced on June 11 its plans for a three-level visitor experience.
  • Architects from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and WB-Immersive will carve out a 30,000-square-foot atrium surrounded by panoramic views of Chicago and Lake Michigan.
