• Police say a 27-year-old man was found with stab wounds at a Lammermoor address on Friday and died at the scene.
• Investigators allege an altercation between the two men at a Maida Street home just after 7am preceded the stabbing.
• The suspect allegedly fled in a white utility with a 20-year-old woman, crashed near Hamilton Creek close to Mount Morgan, then abandoned the ute.
• Police allege the pair threatened another woman and took her car before officers intercepted it on Benaraby Road near Gladstone.
• The woman was later released without charge, and a 36-year-old Berserker man is due to face the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
