353 Ballet Dancers Set New World Record at NYC's Plaza Hotel

Dancers from around the globe gathered to break the record for most ballet dancers en pointe simultaneously.

A total of 353 ballet dancers achieved a new Guinness World Record at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.
Participants included young dancers from over 20 U.S. states and countries such as Japan, China, Germany, and Portugal.
The record-breaking event was organized by Youth America Grand Prix as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations.
Dancers held the challenging 'en pointe' pose for one minute to secure the record.
The previous record of 306 dancers was set in 2019 during a broadcast of 'Live! with Kelly and Ryan'.
