Overview

- At least 35 children aged 2 to 15 fell sick after eating chowmein from a food stall.
- They were brought by ambulance to Sadar hospital between 9:30 pm and 10 pm with vomiting, abdominal pain and dehydration.
- A hospital doctor said seven to eight were initially critical but all are now out of danger.
- Authorities described the cases as suspected food poisoning, and the hospital has begun discharging patients.
