Overview

• The collision occurred just before 2 a.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of West Warren Boulevard.
• Police say a gray Hyundai sedan stopped at a traffic light was struck from behind by a black Dodge SUV.
• The 30-year-old sedan driver was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
• The SUV’s 42-year-old driver was taken into custody at the scene, and prosecutors have not yet filed charges.
