  • Police identified the suspect as 37-year-old Ashley Marie Gooch, who allegedly threatened the guardian before fleeing westbound on 37th Avenue at University Avenue with the infant in a stroller.
  • Under the alert, Dior was described as a black female infant with black hair and brown eyes wearing a white top and blue bottoms.
  • Coordinated efforts by the Columbia Heights Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension led to the recovery of both the baby and the suspect unharmed in Minneapolis.
