• Officers arrested The Anh Nguyen, 29, at a Bankstown unit on Thursday as part of Strike Force Bushfield, with Raptor Squad support.

• Investigators say Tran was targeted over her husband’s alleged ties to the syndicate and an accused theft of up to 80 kilograms of meth; he denies the theft and has not been charged.
• Tran was taken from her Bankstown home on April 17 by masked men, and her body was later found shot in a burned SUV in Beverly Hills, while the cross-border investigation continues.
