Overview

• Nuneaton and Bedworth Police confirmed that 27-year-old Wojciech Berlan from Redditch disappeared beneath the water at Ensor’s Pool on August 17 and later drowned.
• Emergency services recovered Berlan’s body at 1:30pm after he had been underwater for more than five minutes but were unable to save him.
• Officers are investigating the death on behalf of the coroner and have urged anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them with information, citing Incident 174 of August 17.
