• Witnesses described the shooter as a tall, slender figure dressed in dark clothing who fired two or three shots before fleeing in the waiting vehicle.
• The 22-year-old victim was walking with his brother and a friend when he was struck in the back of the head and rushed to Hospital 12 de Octubre.
