• Raymond Boodarian, 22, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of fatally shooting Robin Kaye and Thomas Deluca in their Encino home.
• Officers discovered the couple on July 14 after a welfare check following unanswered calls and traces of blood at the entrance.
• Investigators now believe Boodarian entered the house on July 10 through an unlocked door and opened fire when the couple returned during the burglary.
