21-Year-Old Killed by Concrete Block Thrown from Bridge in Côtes-d’Armor

A deliberate act of violence is under investigation after a fatal incident on the RN176 near Quévert in Brittany.

The incident occurred late on October 28, when projectiles were thrown onto vehicles on the RN176, resulting in the death of a 21-year-old passenger.
Two vehicles were struck by debris, including a 40 cm wide concrete block, leading to the hospitalization of both drivers.
No arrests have been made, but authorities are actively seeking information from witnesses who may have seen the perpetrators.
The investigation, led by the Dinan research brigade, is treating the case as voluntary homicide and attempted homicide.
Local officials and victim support associations are involved, offering assistance to the family of the deceased.
