The second season of the 12-team College Football Playoff features first-round games on Dec. 19–20, quarterfinals at the Cotton, Orange, Rose and Sugar Bowls on Dec. 31–Jan. 1, semifinals on Jan. 8–9, and the championship on Jan. 19 in Miami Gardens.
Outlets are tracking all 41 postseason games with dates and TV assignments across ESPN, ABC, TNT, CBS, Fox and The CW.
Newly confirmed non‑CFP matchups include Boise State vs. Washington in the Bucked Up LA Bowl, USF vs. Old Dominion in the StaffDNA Cure Bowl, Arkansas State vs. Missouri State in the X‑Box Bowl, and Hawai‘i vs. Cal in the Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl.
Additional placements listed include Penn State to the Pinstripe Bowl, Illinois to the Music City Bowl, USC to the Alamo Bowl, Iowa to the ReliaQuest Bowl, Arizona State to the Sun Bowl, Michigan to the Citrus Bowl, Nebraska vs. Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl and Arizona to the Holiday Bowl.
