2025 BMW M5: Hybrid Power, Increased Weight

The 2025 BMW M5 is the first M5 to feature a plug-in hybrid system, combining a 4.4L V8 engine with an electric motor for a total output of 727 hp.
Despite the advanced hybrid system, the new M5 weighs 5,390 lbs, making it heavier than the all-electric BMW i5 M60.
The hybrid M5 achieves a 0-60 mph time of 3.4 seconds and offers up to 25 miles of electric-only range.
BMW has equipped the M5 with advanced features like adaptive M suspension, Integral Active Steering, and the latest iDrive system.
Production of the 2025 BMW M5 will start in July, with global deliveries expected in November.
