2025 BAFTA Games Awards Longlist Showcases 58 Titles Across 17 Categories

The longlist, selected by 1,300 BAFTA members, highlights standout games of 2024 with finalists to be announced in March 2025.

The 2025 BAFTA Games Awards longlist includes 58 games, narrowed down from 247 eligible titles released between November 25, 2023, and November 15, 2024.
Ten games, including 'Black Myth: Wukong,' 'The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom,' and 'Thank Goodness You're Here!,' are longlisted for the prestigious Best Game category.
Independent games such as 'Animal Well' and 'Balatro' are featured alongside major franchises like 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 6' and 'Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.'
Finalists for all categories will be announced on March 4, 2025, with the awards ceremony scheduled for April 8, 2025.
Voting for the Best Game and British Game categories begins in January 2025, while specialized juries will determine nominees for other awards.
