2024 Global Box Office Projected to Decline Despite Q1 Gains

First quarter actuals were 1% ahead of projections in the domestic and Chinese markets, and 11% ahead in other international markets.
China's box office for 2024 has already reached $2.3 billion, surpassing the U.S. and Canada.
High-profile releases like 'Moana 2' and 'Universal’s Abigail and The Wild Robot' are expected to bolster the box office later this year.
