2024 Copa América to Open in Atlanta, Conclude in Miami
Second Time Tournament Held Outside Home Continent, Includes Teams from CONMEBOL and CONCACAF
- The 2024 Copa América will open in Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium and conclude with the final in Miami's Hard Rock Stadium.
- This is only the second time the tournament is held outside of its home continent, the first being in 2016 in the United States.
- The tournament will include 10 teams from the South American football confederation (CONMEBOL) and six guest teams from the North and Central American and Caribbean football confederation (CONCACAF).
- The draw for the tournament will take place on December 7 in Miami.
- Both stadiums have been selected as sites for the 2026 World Cup, to be played in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
