- Delgado faces charges including homicide, kidnapping, rape, and robbery.
- DNA evidence found on a mask inside the stolen truck, which was abandoned at Quakertown Plaza, allegedly matched Delgado.
- Canazaro, his girlfriend and his 12-year-old son were tied up during the home invasion. The girlfriend and son escaped and called 911, but Canazaro was found dead inside his garage.
- Delgado is expected to appear in court on January 25.
