Graham aimed to kill at least 50 politicians and government officials to protest against what he saw as oppression of the working class.
He authored a 'Freedom Encyclopaedia' detailing how to make weapons and explosives, and made numerous videos expressing his motivations and plans.
Graham was arrested with a cache of chemicals and a 3D printer capable of making firearm parts.
He was acquitted of one count of preparing a terrorist act but convicted on multiple other charges, including possession of information for terrorist purposes.
