• Police say the dispute began around 2 a.m. near Co-op City following a minor collision that escalated into a road rage argument
• Officers found Keino Campbell shot three times in the chest inside his Infiniti and he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Jacobi Medical Center
• Campbell served in the Navy from 2019 to 2022 in San Diego and intended to return to school this fall to pursue mechanical engineering
• Family members said Campbell had sought to settle the fender bender through insurance but the suspect demanded money before opening fire
