Feeley, who was a foster parent, was living at the same home when he was charged with the crimes.
Feeley was arrested last month and has since been held in custody on a $200,000 bail, pleading not guilty to the charges.
Feeley was removed from his position with the Winthrop Police Department following his arrest.
