19-Year-Old Woman Killed in Suspected XL Bully Dog Attack in Bristol

Two individuals in their 20s have been arrested as police investigate the fatal attack in a residential flat.

  • Two individuals, a man and a woman in their 20s, were arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog causing injury resulting in death and possession of a prohibited breed.
  • The dog was sedated and seized by authorities, and its breed will undergo further assessment by veterinary experts as part of the investigation.
  • Police have increased their presence in the area, and the victim's family is being supported by a specially trained liaison officer.
