Overview

• Chicago officers responded to a 911 call just before midnight to a home on the 4300-block of West Adams Street in West Garfield Park.
• They discovered a 19-year-old woman shot in the face and neck and unresponsive inside the residence.
• The victim was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she is listed in critical condition.
