The group of five students was returning from a birthday party in Gurugram when the accident happened.
The driver, Aishwarya Mishra, lost control of the speeding car while attempting to change a song on his mobile phone.
All five passengers were confirmed to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Legal action has been initiated, and a case has been registered under sections related to rash driving and causing hurt by endangering life.
