19-Year-Old Causes €20,000 Car Accident After Swerving to Avoid a Bee

A young driver in Mannheim lost control of her vehicle, damaging multiple parked vehicles and property, but escaped without injury.

The accident occurred on Thursday afternoon in Mannheim's Waldhofstraße as the 19-year-old driver was heading toward the city center.
The driver claimed that a bee flying inside her car startled her, leading her to sharply swerve the steering wheel.
Her car collided with a parked vehicle, which then hit a motorcycle and another parked car, also damaging a metal railing.
The total damage caused by the accident is estimated at over €20,000, according to police reports.
The driver was unharmed in the incident, while the bee reportedly flew away from the scene.
