18-Year-Old Mauled by Pack of Stray Dogs in Rajasthan's Alwar

An 18-year-old college student, Navya, was attacked by approximately 10 stray dogs while walking in JK Nagar, Alwar, Rajasthan on March 7, 2025.
The incident, captured on CCTV, shows Navya being surrounded, bitten multiple times, and dragged to the ground before being rescued by a passerby on a scooter and local residents.
Navya sustained multiple injuries and is receiving medical treatment; she described the attack as a traumatic experience.
Local councillor Hetram Yadav stated that numerous complaints about stray dogs in the area had been filed with the municipal corporation, but no action has been taken.
