• Police say a man walking nearby pulled a gun, fired multiple shots into the vehicle, and ran away.
• The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his arm and was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition.
• The shooter remains at large after police broadcast a description of a Black or dark-skinned Hispanic male about 5-foot-4 with short hair in a gray sweater and maroon T-shirt.
