17-Year-Old IIT-JEE Aspirant Dies After Jumping from Lucknow High-Rise

Aditya, a 17-year-old student from Lucknow's Jankipuram area, was identified as the deceased.
The incident took place around 7:30 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024, when the student jumped from the eighth floor of Commerce House.
Police were alerted by a security guard and immediately transported the student to a civil hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage from Commerce House to understand the circumstances leading to the incident.
The student's family was notified using his mobile phone, which was found in a bag he left behind at the scene.
