• NYPD deployed more than three dozen officers who formed human barricades and chased suspects to restore order
• At least 16 teenagers were taken into custody, with one suspect reportedly tasered during an arrest in Brighton Beach
• Police reported no serious injuries and say the trigger for the confrontation remains under investigation
