• At the European Youth Olympic Festival in Skopje on July 21, Doualla won gold in her first race for Italy with a continental U18 record of 11.21 seconds over 100 meters.
• She had lowered her personal best to 11.29 seconds in Brescia just days earlier, shaving nearly half a second off her season opener of 11.73 seconds.
• Doualla eclipsed the previous European U18 mark of 11.24 seconds held jointly by Britain’s Jodie Williams and Switzerland’s Xenia Buri.
• Her time also makes her the third fastest Italian woman ever on the 100m, trailing only Zaynab Dosso (11.01) and Manuela Levorato (11.14).
