- Precious Hamilton, 15, faces third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm by a minor, and carrying a firearm without a license, and is held at the Montgomery County Youth Center awaiting court proceedings.
- Police found 17-year-old Baseem “Seyven” Baker unresponsive on his bedroom floor in the family’s Old York Road apartment, and the coroner ruled his death a homicide from a gunshot to the head.

- Detectives report recovering a video and still photo from Baker’s iPad that show Hamilton holding a small-caliber handgun and dry firing it out the bedroom window on Sunday.
- Officials say Hamilton had been at the apartment since Friday, and an 18-year-old cousin told detectives she displayed a small handgun on Sunday and showed it was loaded with live ammunition.
