Overview
- Thousands of riders led by 26 Moscow moto clubs set off from the Vorobyovy Gory viewing platform at noon and proceeded along the outer Garden Ring before joining the festival.
- From 11:40 local time, traffic was temporarily closed on the outer Garden Ring and key routes including Kosygina Street, Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya, Smolenskaya, Berezhkovskaya Embankment and the Borodinsky Bridge, with reopening as the column passed.
- Access was restricted to several central destinations such as Gorky Park from Krymsky Val, the Atrium mall, Kursky railway station, the Theater of Satire, Smolensky Passage and Paveletskaya Plaza, and parking was banned on affected sections.
- The public program offers concerts, exhibitions, stunt and flat-track shows and a Motolady contest, with free admission and a motorcycle raffle scheduled in the evening.
