The suspect climbed onto the roof using a builder’s ladder and entered through a second-floor window left open, evading nine staff members inside the home.
Key stolen items include a 10.73-carat Graff diamond ring, bespoke jewellery, and Hermès handbags, many of which are unique and highly identifiable.
Police are investigating whether the burglary was premeditated, possibly informed by Huang's social media posts showcasing her luxury lifestyle.
Authorities have released CCTV footage and a suspect description, offering up to £1.5 million in rewards for information leading to an arrest or recovery of the stolen items.
