Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party. He was the governor of Tamaulipas from 2016 to 2022 and previously served as a local and federal legislator, having served one term in the Chamber of Deputies and three and a half years in the Senate.
