Dato' Ong Beng Seng, often known by his initials, OBS, is a Singapore-based Malaysian billionaire businessman. He is the founder of the Singapore-based organisation Hotel Properties Limited which is a shareholder of various businesses, including Hard Rock resorts and Four Seasons resorts across Europe and Asia.
