Alfonso Cabello Llamas is a Spanish Paralympic cyclist. Representing Spain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, Cabello won a gold medal in the men's 1 km time trial C4–5 at the 2012 and 2020 Summer Paralympics, taking the current world record in the latter. From Wikipedia
