Abdul Rehman Makki was a Pakistani radical Islamist and the second-in-command of Jamaat-ud-Dawah a Pakistani Islamic-welfarist-militant political organization and Naib Ameer of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He was the cousin and brother-in-law of Hafiz Muhammad Saeed.
