Ramen Deka is an Indian politician currently serving as the 8th Governor of Chhattisgarh. He was a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was a Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha in 15th Lok Sabha and 16th Lok Sabha. He represented Mangaldoi. He is a former National Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party and President of the BJP Assam.
