Alounkeo Kittikhoun is a Laotian diplomat and statesman. He served as Minister to the Prime Minister's Office from 2016 to 2020 and Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Laos, and was the country's ASEAN Senior Officials Meetings Leader.
